I love marsala sauce, it is really easy to prepare and it tastes awesome. This one may take a little while to prepare, but you won't regret it. It matches perfect with red wine if you decide to impress a date with this delicious meal.
INGREDIENTS
1lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Parsley
Oregano
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion
3 Portabello mushrooms
1 Cup of Marsala wine
1 Cup of water
1/4 Cup of flour
1 Beef Broth Cube
3 Ts Olive oil (meatballs)
2 Ts Olive oil (sauce)
STEP BY STEP
1. Add salt, pepper, basil, parsley and oregano to the ground beef. Mix well.
2. Add the egg and knead well.
3. Start making the meatballs.
4. Batter them in flour.
5. Add olive oil to a pan and fry the meatballs.
6. In a pot saute the onion until brown.
7. Add the garlic and the mushrooms. Cook until tender.
8. Pass the meatballs to the pot.
9. Add the marsala and let the alcohol evaporate.
10. Add the water and the beef broth.
11. Add the flour and stir well.
12. Add salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
Use some rice or some potatoes as a side, you will love it! A good Rioja or Ribera del Duero can make the difference when eating this awesome meatballs. I hope you like it!

Me encanta la salsa marsala, es muy fácil de preparar y está buenísima. Esta receta puede que te lleve un poco de tiempo, pero no te arrepentirás. Pega muy bien con vino tinto si decides impresionar a una cita con este delicioso plato.

1/2 Kg Carne Picada
1 huevo
Sal
Pimienta
Albahaca
Perejil
Orégano
1 diente de ajo
1/2 cebolla
3 setas portabello
1 taza de vino marsala
1 taza de agua
1/4 de taza de harina
1 pastilla de caldo de ternera
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva (albóndigas)
2 cucharadas de aceite (salsa)
PASO A PASO
1. Añade sal, pimienta, albahaca, perejil y orégano a la carne. Mezcla bien.
2. Añade el huevo. Amasa bien.
3. Empieza a hacer las albóndigas.
4. Rebózalas en harina.
5. Fríe las albóndigas en una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva.
6. Dora la cebolla con aceite en una olla.
7. Añade el ajo y las setas. Cocina hasta que estén tiernas.
8. Pasa las albóndigas a la olla.
9. Echa el vino marsala y deja evaporar el alcohol.
10. Echa el agua y la pastilla de caldo.
11. Echa la harina. Revuelve bien.
12. Añade sal y pimienta. Deja cocinar a fuego lento durante 20 minutos.
