Yaaaay meetballs! Who doesn't like meatballs!? If you don't like them please go to the hospital to discard a brain tumor.
INGREDIENTS
Ground beef
Garlic
Parsley
Onion
Basil
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Mushrooms
Egg
White Wine
Beef Bouillon

STEP BY STEP
1. In a big bowl add the ground beef, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, pepper, chopped onion and garlic, parsley and an egg.
2. Mix everything well with your hands (hopefully you'll wash them before).
3. Now make the meatballs. Take some meat and make a ball with it. Put it in flour and then in a plate. Once you are done doing meatballs you can start cooking them.
4. In a pot or a wide pan add some olive oil, garlic and onion.
5. Add the meatballs and fry them.
6. Add some white wine and the mushrooms, cook everything 5 minutes more.
7. Add water until you cover the meatballs. If you want a thicker sauce add flour to the water before adding it.
8. Add salt, pepper and the beef bouillon.
9. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
Awesome with fries or rice. A great meal for a daily basics. If you use this one for a date, open a bottle of Albariño or Ribeiro with them.

PASO A PASO
1. En un recipiente pon la carne picada con la sal, pimienta, perejil, albahaca, ajo, cebolla, orégano y el huevo tal cual.
2. Mezcla bien todo (con suerte te lavarás las manos primero)
3. Haz las albóndigas. Coge un poco de carne y haz una bola con ella. Ponla en harina y de ahí a un plato. Cuando acabes de hacer albóndigas ya podemos empezar a cocinar.
4. En una olla o sartén grande pon aceite de oliva, cebolla y ajo.
5. Añade las albóndigas y dóralas bien.
6. Añade el vino blanco y los champiñones. Cocínalo todo 5 minutos.
7. Añade agua hasta cubrir las albóndigas. Si quieres la salsa más espesa o cremosa añade harina al agua antes de echarla.
8. Echa sal y pimienta y el avecren de ternera.
9. Cocínalo unos 15-20 minutos.
Increíbles con patatas o arroz. Buen plato para diario. Si lo usas para una cita, acompáñalo de una botella de Albariño o Ribeiro.
