Tuna is a great way to eat fish (let´s be honest, we rather eat a big burger) when we are forced to or we want to lie to ourselves and eat healthy. This dish is also fast and easy.
INGREDIENTS
Tuna (Filets)
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Basil
Rice
Olive oil
STEP BY STEP
1. Cook the rice. Add olive oil and some garlic to the pan. Then add the rice and stir for a couple of minutes. Then add the water, remember to add 2 parts of water for 1 of rice. Low heat for 12-15 minutes. Once the water is gone or the rice is soft, is done. I like to add oregano, basil and parsley when I cook rice.
2. Put salt, pepper, basil and the juice of one lemon in the tuna.
3. In a frying pan add a little bit of olive oil and cook the tuna. Make sure is done inside and it will be ready.
Fast and simple right? It is a great dish to cook if you forgot to cook lunch because you were playing Assassins Creed and your girl is coming for lunch.
INGREDIENTES
Bonito (en filetes)
Sal
Pimienta
Limón
Albahaca
Arroz
Aceite de oliva
PASO A PASO
