If you never tried this kind of seafood...please hurry up and go get some! Razor clams are amazing! They have everything too, they are healthy, cheap (most of the time) and easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
1lb Razor Clams
1 Lemon
Salt
Minced garlic and parsley
1 Ts Olive oil
STEP BY STEP
1. To clean the clams put them in a big bowl with cold water. Change the water every 20 minutes at least 3 times.
2. Drain the clams well.
3. In a pan add some olive oil and heat it up.
4. Add the clams to the pan.
5. Once they start to open cook them for less than a minute on each side. If you cook them too much they will turn chewy.
6. Add a bit of salt and the minced garlic and parsley.
7. Add the juice of a lemon on them and enjoy!
A chilled white wine (remember that Albariño is the best) matches more than perfectly with seafood.
INGREDIENTES
1/2 Kg de Navajas
1 Limón
Sal
Ajo y Perejil en polvo
1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva
PASO A PASO
