Fish, Fish, Fish...it is not our favorite dish, buuuuuuuuuuuut hey! we can make it delicious! Also, a lot of people lie...I mean like fish, specially women, so this is a great meal for a date if you are a guy. If you are a woman...men are simple as an apple...just feed them with whatever. Soooooooo let´s go!
INDREDIENTS
Porgie (One per person)
Shrimp
Lemon
Parsley
Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic
Optional
Rice or Potatoes
STEP BY STEP
1. If your Porgies are not cleaned...buy them cleaned...or you will waste a lot of time doing it.
2. Make a couple of cuts in the fish to put the lemon, salt, garlic and parsley.
3. Cut the lemon in thin slices, put them inside the cuts with salt, garlic and parsley.
4. In an oven bowl put the porgies and add the shrimp. Put olive oil on top of them, not too much though. If you like it, put the juice of a lemon too.
5. Cook it in the oven for 30-35 minutes and done!
Well, what? tasty right? And it's also healthy...think about it...fish is not that bad...but a big juicy steak...
Optional
You can cook rice and add it to the bowl for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
If you add potatoes, cut them in thin slices and put them under the porgie in the oven bowl.

Pescado, pescado, pescado...no es nuestro plato favorito, peeeeeeeeeeeeeero ¡oye! podemos hacerlo delicioso! Además, mucha gente miente...digo dice que le gusta el pescado, especialmente las chicas, así que es un gran menú para una cita. Si eres una chica...los hombres somos simples como una manzana...sólo aliméntale con lo que sea. Así que ¡vamos allá!

Dorada (Uno por persona)
Gambas
Limón
Perejil
Aceite de oliva
Sal
Ajo
Opcional
Arroz o patatas
PASO A PASO
1. Si las doradas no están limpias...cómpralas limpias...o perderás mucho tiempo limpiándolas.
2. Haz un par de cortes en el pescado por los dos lados.
3. Corta el limón en rodajas finas e introdúcelas en los cortes con sal, ajo y perejil.
4. En un recipiente para horno pon las doradas y las gambas. Pon aceite de oliva por encima, pero no mucho. Si te mola, añade jugo de limón también.
5. Cocínalo durante 30-35 minutos y ¡listo!
Opcional
Puedes cocer arroz y añadirlo al pescado los últimos 5 minutos de horno.
Si pones patatas, haz una cama de patatas cortada en rodajas finas y pon el pescado encima.
Bueno ¿Qué? rico ¿no? Y además es sano, piénsalo...el pescado no está tan mal...pero donde esté un buen chuletón...
