There are different processes for this one, you can use the fast way or follow every step.
STEP BY STEP (TOMATO SAUCE)
You can jump this step if you are using tomato sauce from the supermarket.
1. In a wide frying pan put some olive oil and chopped garlic and onion. Cook them for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes cut in small pieces. Obviuosly, the more you use the more sauce you will get.
3. Add salt, pepper and orégano.
4. Let it cook for 20 minutes
5. Put it in a food mill or a blender until is ready.
STEP BY STEP (BEEF)
1. In a frying pan add some olive oil, garlic and onions. Cook them for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the ground beef with salt, pepper, orégano and basil. (You can also add spinach, carrots and mushrooms here.)
3. Cook it until is cooked the way you like it.
4. Add the beef to the tamato sauce in a bowl and stir it well.
STEP BY STEP (BECHAMEL)
You can jump this step if you buy bechamel sauce in the supermarket. (In the US...veeeeery hard to find.)
1. In a frying pan add some olive oil and some flour (a cup more or less)
2. Mix the flour with the olive oil and cook for half a minute.
3. Add some milk and stir until it thickens and add some more milk and keep stiring.
4. Repeat until you consider you have enough.
5. If you can stir the sauce with a spoon, it´s a little thick and it doesn´t stick to the pan...it´s ready!
STEP BY STEP (PASTA)
1. Boil water with salt and olive oil.
2. Cook the pasta until is "aldente"
3. Drain the pasta.
STEP BY STEP (PUTTING EVERYTHIN TOGETHER)
1. Spread or spray some olive oil in an oven bowl.
2. Put the first layer of pasta.
3. With a spoon add the tomato sauce with the beef until it covers the pasta.
4. Put other layer of pasta.
5. Add the tomato sauce with the beef again.
6. Repeat as many times as layers you want.
7. The final layer should be tomato sauce with beef. On top of that last layer, add the bechamel sauce with a spoon until it covers the tomato sauce.
8. Add the cheese (I use provolone) and cover everythin with it.
9. Add some orégano on top and put it in the oven.
10. Let it cook for around 20 minutes and the cheese on top is grilled.
I told you it was time consuming. If you choose to use tomato sauce and bechamel from the supermarket is muuuch faster. The sauce with spinach and mushrooms is awesome. Don´t cook this for dinner if you have a date...you´ll eat so much that you won´t be in perfect shape for later (wink).

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOU YEA!!

2. Añade tomates en trozos. Obviamente, cuanto más tomate eches, más salsa tendrás.
3. Añade sal, pimienta y orégano.
4. Cocínala durante 20 minutos.
5. Pásala por un pasapurés y listo.
PASO A PASO (CARNE)
PASO A PASO (BECHAMEL)
PASO A PASO (PASTA)
2. Cocina la pasta hasta que esté aldente.
3. Escurre la pasta.
PASO A PASO (TODO JUNTO)
