Ribs everybody! This recipe is ridicoulously easy to do...and it's so delicious! If it's too cold outside to bbq you can always put this one in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
Pork Ribs
Olive oil
Fresh Garlic
Parsley
Pepper
Salt
Lemon Juice
White wine
STEP BY STEP
1. Pre-heat the oven at 400 degrees.
2. In a blender put the garlic, the olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, white wine and lemon juice. This is the chimichurri.
3. Spread the chumichurri all over the ribs. Make sure every corner has chimichurri on it.
4. Put the ribs in the oven and let them cook for 45 minutes.
A piece of cake! As a side use some french fries and you have the perfect match.

¡Costillas gente! Esta receta es ridículamente fácil de hacer...¡y está buenísima! Si hace mucho frío para una barbacoa siempre puedes hacer esta en el horno.

1. Precalienta el horno a 200 gradetes.
2. En una picadora echa un buen chorro de aceite, 3 o 5 ajos, vino blanco, sal, pimienta, perejil y zumo de limón.
3. Embadurna bien el costillar con el chimichurri.
4. Mételo en el horno unos 45 minutos.
¡Facilísimo! Usa patatas fritas de acompañamiento y tendrás la combinación perfecta.
