Oh man, awesome rice. I don't call it paella...I respect too much that food...and believe me...most of the time what you eat out there or the recipes you see in the internet...bulls**t, a person from Valencia will spit on your grave if you call every rice you cook "paella"
INGREDIENTES
Rice
Shrimp
Calamari
Scallops
Beef cubes
Chicken breast
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Goya Sazon
Tomato
Red pepper
Green pepper
Olive oil
White wine
STEP BY STEP
1. In a wide pan add olive oil and fry chopped onion and garlic.
2. Add the seafood and cook it well.
3. Add the chicken and beef and cook them well too.
4. Add some white wine.
5. In a blender grind some tomato, red and green peppers. Add the mix to the pan. Let everything cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add the rice and mix it well with everything.
7. Add the water (2 cups of water per 1 of rice).
8. Add salt, pepper and the sazon. Stir well.
9. Let it cook until the rice is tender.
It takes a little bit of time...but it's awesome! I love this one. Use it in a dinner with friends.

Buah neno, arroz guapísimo. No es una paella...respeto demasiado ese plato...y creeme...muchas veces lo que comes por ahí o las recetas que encuentras en internet...mierda, un valenciano escupiría sobre tu tumba si le llamas paella a todo el arroz que cocinas.

Calamares
Vieiras
Ternera
Pollo
Cebolla
Ajo
Sal
Pimienta
Azafrán
Tomate
Pimiento rojo
Pimiento verde
Aceite de Oliva
Vino Blanco
PASO A PASO
1. En una paellera o sartén grande doramos cebolla y ajo.
2. Echamos el marisco y lo doramos bien doradito.
3. Añadimos la carne y la hacemos bien.
4. Añade un poco de vino blanco.
5. En una picadora pica el tomate y los pimientos. Échalos en la sartén y cocina todo 5 minutitos.
6. Echa el arroz y mezcla todo bien.
7. Añade agua (2 de agua por 1 de arroz)
8. Echa sal, pimienta y azafrán y mezcla bien.
9. Cocínalo a fuego lento hasta que el arroz esté tierno.
Lleva algo de tiempo prepararlo...pero está de muerte. Úsalo para una cena con amigos.
