STEP BY STEP
OK fellas, let´s start by saying that I never use amounts or weights in my recipes, just use as much as you like. You may like your food salty, or you may not like something, so do as you consider.
1. Cut the chicken in little pieces.
2. Cut the tomato in little pieces, I normally use 2 or 3 tomatos. You can use a blender if you want.
3. In a wide pan (for rice if possible) add Olive Oil, enough to fry the chicken a little bit.
4. Add the garlic and onion (in tiny pieces, again, you can use the blender...or you can by them already cut).
5. Start the stove and once the oil is hot and the onion and garlic are a little bit cooked add the chicken.
6. When the chicken is done the way you like it add the tomato. If you also add peppers and mushrooms add them now too.
7. Put the stove in low heat and let it cook together for a couple of minutes.
8. Add the rice and water. An easy trick to calculate the right amount of water is to use 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Put the stove to medium-high until it starts boiling.
9. Add the sazón Goya, just one envelope and stir well.
10. Put the stove to low and add salt. Taste it 3-4 times to check if it needs more salt. Add pepper if you like it.
11. Now let it cook for 15-20 minutes checking if the rice is ready. It should be ready once there is almost no water at all or when the rice is not hard.
12. Serve and eat (This part should be easy).
It should take you no longer than 30 minutes to do this dish. Remember, if doesn´t taste good...it´s your fault.

PASO A PASO
