OK, this is a winner if you have a date. Shrimp is not cheap and that should give you points...if you are cooking for a man...we don´t really care, we would eat anything. Ok, here we go.
INGREDIENTS
Rice
Shrimp (more than 5, please don't be cheap)
Sweet Peas
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Lemon
White Wine
Olive Oil
STEP BY STEP
1. In a wide pan put olive oil, onion and garlic. Let them cook for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the shrimp.
3. Add the juice of a lemon and some white whine, cook the shrimp well (you don't want to die because a rare shrimp).
4. Add the rice and the parsley. Cook everything together for about 5 minutes before adding the water.
5. Add the water, remember to put 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.
6. Add salt, parsley and pepper.
7. Add the peas.
8. Let it cook until it runs out of water or the rice is not hard. If the water evaporates and the rice is too hard, add a little bit of water...
What do you think? Awesome plate right!? It's not heavy and shrimp is always great. The only problem is that shrimp...is too expensive! Do they catch them by hand and one by one? S*** man! Your friends will love it though...
Guisantes
Cebolla
Ajo
Sal
Pimienta
Perejil
Limón
Vino Blanco
Aceite de Oliva
PASO A PASO
