I had never tried these, so...I needed to give them a shot. Croquettes are not easy to do, it takes time and a lot if try outs...but please go ahead and start practicing!
INGREDIENTS
Chorizo
Onion
Parsley
Flour
Milk
Salt
Beaten Egg
Bread Crumbs
STEP BY STEP
1. In a pan put some olive oil with chopped chorizo and onion. Cook them for 3 minutes.
2. Add the flour and stir well.
3. Add some milk and stir well until it's well mixed. Keep adding milk and stiring well until you have enough dough.
4. Keep stiring with no stop until the dough doesn't stick to the pan.
5. Let it cool for a couple of hours.
6. Make the croquettes. First with a teaspoon take some dough, shape a cilinder, then add flour to it, deep it in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
7. Fry them!
These croquettes will be perfect with chorizo from Spain. Use some spaniard omelet or french fries with them.

Nunca las había probado...así que...tenía que intentarlo. Las croquetas no son fáciles de hacer, se necesita práctica y muchos intentos...pero por favor...¡empieza a intentarlo!

Aceite de Oliva
Leche

Huevo batido
Pan rallado
PASO A PASO
1. En una sartén dora el chorizo y el ajo en aceite de oliva.
2. Añade la harina y revuelve bien.
3. Añade un poco de leche y mezcla bien. Continúa añadiendo leche hasta que tengas suficiente y revuelve sin parar para deshacer bien todos los grumos.
4. Sigue revolviendo sin parar hasta que la masa no se pegue a la sartén.
5. Déjalo enfríar 2 horitas.
6. Haz las croquetas. Con una cucharilla coge un poco de masa, haz un cilindro, ponlo en harina, luego en el huevo y por último el pan rallao.
7. ¡Fríelas!
Están croquetas están bien con chorizo de España. Usa tortilla de patatas o patatas fritas como acompañamiento.
