Pizza dough is not easy to master, actually...I keep trying to improve it...but this recipe is good I promise! I grew up in Caranza (Ferrol) that's the only relationship with the name hahaha.
INGREDIENTS
Flour (3 or 4 cups)
Instant Dry Yeast (One or two packages)
Sugar
Salt
Olive oil
Warm Water (1 1/2 cups)
STEP BY STEP
1. In a big bowl add 1 cup of flour, the yeast, sugar and salt. Mix real well.
2. Add the olive oil, the rest of the flour and the warm water. Mix real well with a fork.
3. Switch to hands and knead for at least 10 minutes.
4. Let it rest for 20 minutes and knead again.
5. Let it settle or grow for 2 hours covered with something.
6. Break it into 2 balls and put the dough in the freezer.
7. If you want to cook it at the moment use a roller and put some flour in the surface so it doesnt stick to it.
I bet you did it right, the secret is in the yeast and the temperature of the water...not an easy one to do...but awesome when you do it right.
INGREDIENTES
Harina (3 o 4 tazas)
Levadura seca instantánea (1 sobre y medio)
Azúcar
Sal
Aceite de oliva
Agua (2 tazas)
PASO A PASO
