Ok ragazzi here we have a very simple recipe that will make you look very cool with your date or if you are eating alone it will make you think "What a waste of time, I could have called Domino's".
INGREDIENTS
Beef
Rice
Onion
Garlic
Italian Seasoning
White Wine
Olive Oil
Water
Salt and Pepper
STEP BY STEP
1. In a frying pan (it should be a little bit tall, for rice) put some olive oil, the garlic and the onions (CHOPPED) and start the stove at medium heat.
2. Once the garlic and onion are cooked a little bit, add the beef (Put some salt and pepper in it) and cook it for 5 minutes.
3. Add some white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
4. Add the rice and let it cook for 2 minutes before adding the water.
5. Add the water, remember to add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.
6. Add the salt and the italian seasoning (be generous with it).
7. Let it cook until is ready (Obviosluy), once the rice is not hard. It is better to be short of water, you can always keep adding a lil bit.
You can tell your date or whoever if you just want to brag about it that you learned this recipe from you greatgrandmother from Sicily (I strongly recommend you fake an italian accent when you say this or make up some italian).
Vino Blanco
Aceite de Oliva
Agua
Sal y Pimienta
PASO A PASO
